For many young people, each trip is not just a simple vacation but also an opportunity for both to experience, share and learn how to accompany in new situations. From planning, booking tickets, finding accommodation to exploring local culture and cuisine, every moment contributes to creating memorable common memories.
As one of those who pursue this lifestyle, Ms. Nguyen Cam Nhung (23 years old, Hanoi) said that after two years of marriage, she and her husband still maintain the habit of spending time traveling whenever possible.
My husband and I have been married for about two years now. Both of us believe that traveling together not only helps strengthen feelings but also brings opportunities to explore new lands and refresh married life," Ms. Nhung shared.
According to her, both share a common passion for exploring local cuisine. Each destination is an opportunity to enjoy typical dishes, learn about local culture and save memorable experiences.
Because we are both quite passionate about eating, my husband and I often spend a lot of time exploring specialties in each place. That is also a point where we both are very compatible. Each trip brings new experiences, from scenery to people and local culture," Ms. Nhung said.
Not setting a goal to make long or expensive trips, the couple wants to maintain the pace of traveling together once every 1 to 2 months if conditions permit. According to Ms. Nhung, the most valuable thing after each trip is not the number of destinations, but the time the two really spend together.
After each trip, we feel the bond and understanding between husband and wife increase a lot. When experiencing together, solving arising situations together and sharing joy throughout the journey, we both understand each other better and also appreciate moments together more," Ms. Nhung shared.
Fortunately, this choice also received support from both families. According to Ms. Nhung, parents encourage their children to enjoy life, spend time taking care of their marriage when they are young, as long as they balance work and finances.
Common experiences such as travel can contribute to strengthening the connection between couples. Exploring new environments together, sharing emotions and overcoming small challenges on the journey helps both build trust, communication skills and the ability to accompany each other in life.
