Exercise during pregnancy

Do low-intensity exercises during pregnancy. This will help you gain weight gradually and also help keep your skin elastic.

Continue to eat a balanced diet and exercise gently after giving birth

This will help you lose weight gradually and the skin will have time to return to its original state. Sudden dieting can only cause sagging skin. The intensity of exercise can increase over time depending on each person's health condition.
