How to make simple old coconut butter at home on weekends

To make old avocado and young coconut for about 3 to 4 people to enjoy, prepare 2 ripe old avocados; 1 young coconut with both juice and flesh; 100ml unsweetened fresh milk; 50ml condensed milk with sugar; 10g sticky agar powder and a few crushed ice cubes.

Housewives, start by processing the young coconut jelly with 400ml of fresh coconut water, put it in a small pot, mix JELLY powder with 30g of granulated sugar, then slowly add it to the coconut water pot, stir well and soak for about 10 minutes for JELLY powder to expand. Put the pot on the stove and bring to a boil over medium heat, continuously skim off the foam to make the jelly transparent and beautiful.

Wash the young coconut flesh, cut half thinly into thin strips to set aside, chop half into small dice and put in a mold, then add the cooked coconut jelly and let cool until the jelly solidifies, continue to gently cut into small squares that are just right for eating.

Next, ripen the avocado, peel it, remove the seeds and skillfully scrape off the flesh of the fruit with a spoon. Please note not to scrape too close to the dark green skin to avoid astringent taste. Put the entire avocado flesh in a blender with unsweetened fresh milk, condensed milk and a little crushed ice cubes. Press the mixing button at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until the avocado is smooth and has a natural fatty aroma.

When the preparation stages are completed, the arrangement of the glass needs to be done skillfully. Put a little ice cubes on the bottom of the glass glass, then scoop the young coconut jelly that has been cut into blocks, then slowly pour the finely ground butter mixture on top of about two-thirds of the glass.

Before enjoying, add shredded young coconut flesh and a little crushed roasted peanuts on top to enhance the flavor.
