On International Women's Day March 8th, treat your loved one to new and unique dishes. Accordingly, refer to how to prepare Burrata tomato cheese salad with a harmonious combination of the sweetness of tomatoes and the melting richness of fresh cheese.
This dish does not require a fussy processing process but the implementation is quite simple, helping to balance the taste buds and provide a healthy source of energy for the diner.
To make a delicious and nutritious Burrata cheese tomato salad, prepare 1 fresh Burrata cheese ball (about 150gr - 200gr), 300gr cherry tomatoes (should choose a variety of colors such as red, yellow, orange), 10-15 fresh basil leaves, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of black vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, a little pink salt and ground black pepper.
After washing tomatoes, drain them and then cut them in half or slice them into bite-sized pieces. Keep Burrata cheese at room temperature for about 15 minutes before processing, it will help the cream filling inside the cheese flow smoothly and maintain its richness when enjoying.
Wash thyme leaves, pat dry. The sauce is made by mixing olive oil, black vinegar, honey, and a little salt and pepper. Stir well until the mixture is smooth, has a mild sweet and sour taste and the aroma of olive oil.
Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them on a large plate, interspersed with fresh thyme leaves to create a vibrant color. Place the Burrata cheese ball in the center of the plate as the center of attention. Note that you should not pour the sauce too early to prevent the tomatoes from watering out, affecting the delicious taste of the salad.
Next, use a sharp knife to lightly cut a line on the surface of the Burrata cheese ball so that the white cream inside is slightly overflowing. Finally, pour the diluted vinaigrette sauce evenly onto the salad plate and sprinkle a little black pepper and chili powder to complete the dish. Enjoy the salad with a glass of wine to fully enjoy the delicious and fatty taste.
