Honey grilled chicken salad will help change the taste of family meals on the weekend thanks to its unique flavor, balancing protein, fiber and vitamins.

This dish does not take too much time to prepare but still ensures nutrition that housewives can refer to.

To make honey grilled chicken salad, prepare 300gr skinless, boneless chicken breast; pure honey; oil; garlic; purple onions; hao oil; 200gr lettuce; 100gr cherry tomatoes; 1 cucumber; 1/2 purple onion; 100gr US corn in equal parts.

For the sauce, you will need extra virgin olive oil; apple cider vinegar (which can be replaced with lemon juice); sugar; pepper salt and other basic spices.

The chicken breast you buy needs to be washed with diluted salt water to deodorize, then let it dry. You can use a light scallop on the surface of the chicken breast or contain a few cross-sections to make the meat more absorbed with spices.

In a large bowl, mix the marinade with honey, soy sauce, cocoa oil, garlic and minced onions and a little pepper. Add each piece of chicken breast, spread well to cover the meat with sauce. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Lettuce should be picked up and washed many times with water, then soaked in diluted salt water for about 10 - 15 minutes and then rinse the water before chopping it to taste.

Wash and double the cherry tomatoes; Wash the cucumber, whether peeled or whole, sliced thinly; Peel, wash and slice thinly on the purple onion.

Next, grill the chicken breast in an air fryer by heating the pot to 180°, then add each piece of chicken breast to the grill for about 20 - 25 minutes.

During the baking process, don't forget to turn the chicken and brush with the marinade so that the meat is not dry and has a beautiful golden color.

Housewives can also steep the chicken breast pan on each side for about 7 - 10 minutes over medium heat until the meat is golden brown on both sides and slightly sliced. After the chicken breast is cooked, let it cool for about 5 minutes and then slice thinly.

Add the ingredients of the sauce including olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper to a small bowl and stir well until the mixture is mixed together.

In another large bowl, add all the pre-processed vegetables, slowly drizzle from the just-mixed sauce and mix gently. Finally, arranging the sliced grilled chicken breast on top is basically the finished salad.

This honey-grilled chicken salad can be served with nuts such as walnuts and almonds to add nutrition and delicious flavor.
