Preparation materials
300g beef
1/2 pineapple
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
3 cloves of garlic
2 scallion branches
fish sauce, oyster sauce, seasoning granules, pepper, cooking oil
How to do
Step 1: Pre-processing ingredients
Wash beef and slice it thinly across the flesh to maintain tenderness when stir-frying.
Peel pineapple, remove eyes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut onions into wedges, cut bell peppers into small pieces. Peel garlic, mince.

Step 2: Marinate the beef
Put beef in a bowl, marinate with oyster sauce, a little fish sauce, seasoning powder and pepper for about 15 minutes.
You can add a little cooking oil to make the beef softer when stir-frying.

Step 3: Roast beef
Heat a pan with cooking oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add beef and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
When the meat is just firm, take it out onto a plate to prevent the beef from becoming tough.

Step 4: Sauté vegetables and pineapple
Put onions, bell peppers and pineapple in a pan, stir well over medium heat.
Season lightly to make the vegetables and pineapple taste richer. When the pineapple is slightly soft but still crispy, return the beef to the pan.

Step 5: Complete the dish
Stir quickly for about 1-2 minutes to blend the ingredients, then add scallions and turn off the heat.
Pineapple stir-fried beef should be served when hot, eaten with white rice. The dish has the soft sweetness of beef mixed with the mild sourness of pineapple, very suitable for family meals.
