Young people seek healing space amidst life pressure
After a long day facing work, deadlines and invisible pressures, many young people come to cafes as a stopover to rest.
No longer simply a place to meet friends, quiet, nature-friendly cafes are becoming a space to help young people balance their emotions.
Minh Anh (25 years old, office worker) shared: "After work, I often stop by a familiar cafe, order a cup of coffee and sit still for a while. I don't need to do much, just need a quiet space to feel lighter".
According to Minh Anh, the habit of "siting back for a bit" after work is not a waste of time, but an effective way to take care of mental health.
As for Mr. Hoang Nam (27 years old, working in the technology field), he said: "For me, the time sitting in coffee after work is very important. That is when I temporarily put aside work, meet friends, share stories in life to rebalance my emotions before going home.
Mr. Nam also said that every month he spends more than 2 million VND on going for coffee after work, he believes this is a reasonable expense to relieve stress and maintain a stable spirit.
When I can balance my emotions after work, I feel that I enter the next day with a better spirit, work more efficiently and maintain a positive state for a long time," Mr. Nam shared.

Not only stopping at the feeling of comfort, quiet spaces also have a positive impact on the body.
A relaxing space environment helps reduce stress hormones and increase happiness hormones, thereby improving mood, increasing concentration and effectively regenerating energy," Ms. Hien analyzed.

According to Mr. Do Ngoc Son - Director of ST Lighthouse Soft Skills Academy, finding stress relief methods is a natural need.
When we are under pressure, we will look for solutions to relieve stress such as going to cafes, reading books or finding quiet spaces. This is a trend suitable for young people today," Mr. Son shared.
Also according to experts, to balance between rest and solving practical problems, young people need to build a reasonable lifestyle such as managing time, breaking down goals, maintaining exercise, getting enough sleep and setting boundaries between work and personality are important factors,...
