Through the official Facebook page of Lang Ha Hac, Mr. Vu Duc Thanh, legal representative of Lang Hac Joint Stock Company, apologized.
He said that he was the person who directly managed the summer camps in Hao Huu Village and the Village representative discussed with parents in the chat groups exclusively for parents with children participating in the 2025 summer camp.
"I sincerely apologize to our parents, partners, and those who trust us for having negative emotions when following and getting caught up in the recent incidents. I apologize to you for partly affecting people's trust in Lang Ha Hoc in particular and summer camp programs in general.
I myself have made words that upset people's trust, unable to control my emotions when communicating with my parents. This incident is a lesson for me personally to absorb and improve," said Mr. Vu Duc Thanh.
In addition, Ha Huu Village published a number of text messages exchanged between parents and Mr. Vu Duc Thanh.
However, in the comments section, many people still debate the content of the message shared by Lang Ha Hac.
Some people said that these messages only took a part of the conversation, mostly the scenes of parents saying vulgar words, but Mr. Vu Duc Thanh did not react excessively.
However, before that, parents sharing with Lao Dong reporters all reported Mr. Thanh's insulting attitude and lack of respect for his family.

Ms. C.N.L once posted information about her child being bullied and suffered severe dermatitis due to going to a summer camp in Hao Huc Village, causing a stir in public opinion. Ms. L. said that MC Minh Trang had contacted her to reconcile and apologize to the family, but the legal representative, Mr. Vu Duc Thanh, was the one who did not behave well towards her.
When reporting to Lang Hac, Ms. L. and her husband were blocked by the fanpage and did not cooperate to handle the problems.
Ms. M.D (Hanoi) said that her group of 6 children went to a summer camp in Ha Ha Ha Thuc Village from June 13-16. This parent said: "Omitting experiential activities, what I am completely dissatisfied with here is that the place of activity such as children's sleeping, resting and hygiene is not worth the money their parents spent.
At least the summer camp must be clean and decent, not as the children describe the toilet as extremely dirty, with many bedbugs, mosquitoes, worms, and spiders. No child dares to sit on a dirty toilet to be left unused, holding for a whole week until home. Hole, lotus ponds in hot weather and cold weather".
After Ms. D reported to the organizers, she received the answer that the restroom was clean even though many parents had commented on this.
However, Ms. D did not post publicly until the parent named C.N.L shared the story of her child being bullied and experiencing poor living conditions in Ha Hoc Village.
