Writer Di Li introduces a book teaching survival skills to children called "Bi and Be's Daily Stories".

The book "Bi and Be's Daily Stories" is 36 survival skills for students from grades 1 to 9. The book includes 36 stories, each story is a daily situation associated with a gentle but meaningful lesson. The special thing is the way writer Di Li leads the lesson naturally and skillfully, helping students absorb without feeling forced.

Not only that, the book also evokes empathy and encourages children to explore and practice skills to grow up and confidently overcome challenges in life.

The central characters of the book are twin sisters Be and Bi of class 6A2. From the ordinary but interesting stories of the two children, readers also meet many other characters with rich personalities and meaningful stories.

That is Be and Bi's father Minh Quang (41 years old) - an architect, an adventure traveler. He has conquered Mount Everest, traveled to the South Pole and explored the Amazon jungle. Minh Quang's father is very passionate about sports, especially mountain climbing and loves reading.

Then mother Bao Trang (38 years old) - a cardiologist, is always busy with shifts in the hospital, but still spends a lot of time with her two children. Bao Trang's mother also loves traveling, so the family of 5 often go on picnics together and sleep in mobile tents to enjoy the pure nature...

The illustrations by artist Kim Duan in the book are not simply supplementary images, but also a "door" that opens up rich imagination, connecting young readers with each story.

According to poet Tran Dang Khoa, the book with daily stories of Be and Bi is not only for children but also a companion for parents and teachers in educating life skills for children. I believe that this work will receive much love from families."

Writer Di Li shared that she completed this book in just 14 days. The author hopes that through the story, the title seems very detective... will attract children. "Throughout my journey as a mother and in my role as a teacher in the classroom, I realized that young people still lack many skills, skills that I and other parents are also confused about.

I ask the question, why children learn so much knowledge, even by cramming, while skills and attitudes are hardly imparted. Furthermore, if they have adequate skills, children will learn better, learn faster, learn easier and remember longer. Therefore, skills and attitudes need to go hand in hand with knowledge lessons" - author Di Li said.

Ms. Pham Thuy Anh - President of the C&D Cooperation and Development Fund - said that this is the first work in the book series supporting community cultural development that the Fund has been building and cultivating.

This book for primary and secondary school students will equip them with 36 practical life skills. These skills not only help them protect themselves but also contribute to shaping positive thinking and behavior, appropriate for the most important stage of development in life.

"We believe that, in the journey towards sustainable development and green growth, protecting and nurturing the green buds - the young generation of the country - is a fundamental task. Through the familiar and humorous stories of twin sisters Be and Bi, the book not only conveys valuable lessons but also builds a bridge connecting family, school and society" - Ms. Pham Thuy Anh emphasized.
