Sharing with director Le Hoang, Ms. X said that her first marriage started with many expectations. Her eldest husband is much older than her, and they have two children together. Believing that the maturity of an older man will bring a sense of security and responsibility, she wholeheartedly takes care of the family. However, short-lived happiness when she discovered her husband cheating on a young girl. At the peak, when she questioned, she was assaulted by her husband and mistress, forcing her to choose to divorce to protect herself.
After the breakup, she once only hoped to live peacefully with her children. But the remorse for fear of her children missing the image of their father made her believe in love once again. Haunted by violence in her first marriage, this time she chose a younger man with the hope of finding gentleness and sympathy. However, the tragedy continued when she caught her husband carrying a "third person" - ironically, it was her friend.
Not only stopping at betrayal, the second husband also clearly revealed his selfish nature. Despite having a university degree, he chose to drive a technology motorbike taxi with the reason of wanting to contact many young and beautiful women. When Ms. X tested herself by saying she lost money and lost all assets after investing, her husband's attitude and her husband's family immediately changed, even violent behavior. After 10 years of living together, the second marriage closed in bitterness and accumulated hurt.
Both "fate" times were incomplete, Ms. X continued to enter a third marriage with an older man, who was a sibling outside society. Understanding each other's past, she set a clear condition: he must pay debts with her, take care of his two rieng children. She also admitted that she was once too strong, playing the role of economic pillar, so she wanted to step back this time to be a rear.
Commenting on this, director Le Hoang frankly said: "I assigned this husband too great a task, both worrying about my two rieng children and having to pay a debt of one billion VND with me". In response, Ms. X shared: "Where there are flowery words, there are no honest actions". Although her third husband once supported her somewhat financially, the familiar script recurred when she discovered he continued to cheat. After the third breakup, she decided to stop, not taking any further steps in marriage.
Closing the story, director Le Hoang said that Ms. X is a brave and strong woman, but in married life, hardship sometimes makes her inadvertently lose her softness - a necessary factor to balance and maintain the fire of marriage.
