Fragrant and fatty durian crepe
Ripe durian, chicken eggs, fresh milk, sugar, coconut milk, flour, pineapple leaves, whipping cream, butter.
How to do it:
First, whip eggs and then successively add fresh milk, sugar, coconut milk and wheat flour and mix well until the mixture is smooth. Grind pandan leaves with a little water, filter out the juice and mix with the flour to create a natural green color and enhance the aroma of the cake.
Next, whip the whipping cream with sugar, then put it in the refrigerator to keep it soft and smooth. Heat a pan, spread a thin layer of butter and pour the dough in to spread into thin layers of cake. When the cake surface is softened, gently flip it over and take the cake out to cool.

Ripe durian, gelatin leaves, fresh milk, coconut milk, sugar, condensed milk, lemon juice, jackfruit or jelly served (optional).
How to do it:
Soak gelatin leaves in cold water until soft, then add to the warmed fresh milk and stir well to dissolve the gelatin completely.
Next, put the mixture of gelatin, durian, coconut milk, sugar, lemon juice and condensed milk in a blender, blend until the ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture into a mold, place in the refrigerator compartment until it solidifies.
When enjoying, take the frozen durian out into a bowl, pour more coconut milk on top. You can eat it with jackfruit, jelly or jelly to enhance the flavor.
