Model Tuyet Lan gave birth to her first daughter, Khanh Anh, weighing 3.2 kg, at a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City on August 23.
It was not until August 25 that she announced the good news to everyone.
After the birth, Tuyet Lan's health was stable, always with her husband to take care of her. Tuyet Lan was moved to say that the couple burst into happiness when welcoming the birth of their child, felt their marriage was more complete and grateful for her husband's companionship throughout her pregnancy.
"August 23 is the day parents know everything. Thank you for giving me strength every second and every minute. From now on, my parents' world will have a small, beautiful sun," Tuyet Lan told her first daughter.
Previously, in April, she announced the good news when traveling Rome (Italy), sharing her excitement at entering her motherhood journey with a ready mind and high expectations.
Tuyet Lan and Dr. Thien Khanh officially got married in March 2024 after four years of dating. The beauty has been public about her relationship since 2020, after a period of experiencing marital events.
The two met through a common friend, Tuyet Lan quickly found understanding and a solid support for him to overcome the losses after the divorce.
The time when both were stuck in Singapore because of Covid-19 became an important milestone, helping Tuyet Lan clearly feel the care, responsibility and enduring love from her partner. She calls him a "tricky" person, someone who is always listener, understanding and gentle by her side.
Before that, he was afraid of being tied down after a short marriage with an overseas Vietnamese-American, but it was Thien Khanh's patience and warmth that gradually conquered the model.
In 2023, during a romantic trip to France, she accepted an offer. The two held a cozy wedding on March 2, 2024, marking a happy turning point.
After the wedding, the couple often appeared together in both work and life, appearing at many entertainment events.
Born in 1988 in Ho Chi Minh City, Tuyet Lan is known as the runner-up of Vietnam's Next Top Model 2010. She later won the 2011 Asian Model Search championship, signed a contract with Wilhelmina Models, one of the leading modeling agencies in the US, and has repeatedly conquered the New York Fashion Week runway.
