Binh Dinh - Commune level civil servants are redundant due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Binh Dinh are entitled to one-time support, in addition to the general policy according to regulations.

Resolution No. 02/2024/ND-HDND of the People's Council of Binh Dinh province (effective from June 22, 2024), promulgating a one-time support policy for commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level who leave their jobs due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Binh Dinh province in the period 2023 - 2025.

Accordingly, the subjects of application are commune-level cadres and civil servants; non-professional workers at the commune level who wish to quit their jobs, retire early, or transfer to work at organizations that do not receive regular salaries from the State budget due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the period 2023 - 2025.

According to the Resolution, in addition to the regimes and policies implemented according to the Government's regulations on streamlining the payroll, not meeting the age requirements for re-election, early retirement, and resignation, the province provides one-time support for commune-level cadres, civil servants, and non-professional workers at the commune level who retire due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units as follows:

Commune-level cadres and civil servants who quit their jobs due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units are supported with 12 months of current salary/person (excluding allowances for holding concurrent positions), including: salary according to coefficient, public service allowances, position allowances, seniority allowances, and seniority allowances exceeding the framework (if any); but not less than VND 80 million/case.
