Resolution No. 09/2025/NQ-HDND of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council (effective from October 1, 2025) stipulates the level of labor day allowance for militia, the monthly allowance level of village (group) team leaders in Ninh Binh province.
Article 2 of the Resolution stipulates as follows:
Article 2. Daily labor allowance level for militia, monthly allowance level of village (group) team leader.
1. Daily labor allowance for militia: 350,000 VND/person/day.
2. Monthly allowance level of village (group) team leader: 1. 200,000 VND/person/month.
3. Implementation costs: Ensuring by the state budget according to the current budget decentralization.
Thus, the monthly allowance level for village team leaders in Ninh Binh province is currently 1,200,000 VND/person/month.
Currently, Article 8 of Decree 72/2020/ND-CP (amended and supplemented in Decrees 220/2025/ND-CP, Decree 16/2025/ND-CP) stipulates that for village team leaders: The monthly allowance level is decided by the Provincial People's Committee submitting to the People's Council of the same level but not lower than 1,170,000 VND.
