On the afternoon of September 27, at the meeting in Hanoi after returning from Russia, Duc Phuc shared about My Tam - the male singer's teacher from The Voice (The Voice) 2015 to the present.
Duc Phuc expressed: For me, her image (My Tam) is always present in every moment of life, not just in times of difficulty.
Whether sad or happy, whether failed or successful, I always think of her. And once again, I would like to proudly share that: I am the student of singer My Tam - something I am always proud of anywhere.
Even when I go with friends, with Ms. Hoa Minzy or Erik, I still like flex (proud): "You are Ms. Tam's student!" - as a proud "showative".
For the male singer, My Tam's artistic journey and way of dealing with people in real life have greatly affected him.
The singer of "More than love" affirmed that since entering showbiz, she has always taken My Tam as an example to follow, from her way of working, social activities to how to treat her family, colleagues or everyone in society.
"She gave me a great source of inspiration. If anyone asks who is my greatest source of motivation in art, the sure answer is Ms. My Tam. And I also do not forget that, without Ms. Tam and Mr. Ho Hoai Anh, there would not be a Duc Phuc like today. My gratitude to them is forever, not limited to just one moment or moment.
I believe that respecting teachers and believers, drinking water and remembering its roots is not only the tradition of artists, but also the core value of the Vietnamese people. I am just following in the footsteps, living and practicing the ideals left by my ancestors, Duc Phuc emphasized.
Mentioning Ho Hoai Anh, Duc Phuc shared that whenever he needed to "call for help", he always remembered the musician. He was the one who took the initiative to ask Ho Hoai Anh to help compose the song to compete in Intervision 2025.
When Duc Phuc competed in The Voice 2015, Ho Hoai Anh held the role of music director of the competition.
Exactly 10 years after winning The Voice, Duc Phuc won the Intervision 2025 Championship. At the time of the Voice of Vietnam competition, Duc Phuc was a student of coach My Tam.
At the time Duc Phuc received mixed opinions about his appearance, My Tam and Ho Hoai Anh were the ones who stood up to protect his student.
In a letter of thanks shared on social networks, Duc Phuc's father - Mr. Van Trung sent his thanks to My Tam and Ho Hoai Anh. "It would be a pity if I did not say these things with gratitude from the bottom of my heart," he shared.
For him, My Tam was his son's first teacher in showbiz, helping Duc Phuc get closer to success when pursuing his passion for music while he was still a student at Hanoi University of Construction.
Duc Phuc's father acknowledged that My Tam's selection in the cover-up round of The Voice helped change his son's fate.
"Speaking about the love of teachers and students and the communication and training that Ms. Tam gave Duc Phuc, no writer can describe it, only the insider understands that," he wrote.
In addition, he did not forget to mention the role of musician Ho Hoai Anh, who gave Duc Phuc a chance right from the preliminary round of The Voice 2015. He shared: "Thanks to the selection of musician Ho Hoai Anh, Duc Phuc has the opportunity to compete in The Voice 2015".
