In the final night of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 contest, beauty Le Thi Nguyen Ngan was crowned the highest position. Notably, her younger sister Le Thi Thao Nguyen also won the 1st runner-up title.

In addition to the two titles above, beauty Le Thi Kim Anh was awarded 2nd Runner-up and beauty Nguyen Thi Thu Hong was awarded Miss Grand Vietnam Tourism Ambassador 2025.
