Recently, HYBE Group announced the financial report for the third quarter of 2025. In particular, the revenue and profit of large companies in the group have become a topic of discussion.
In particular, in the context that NewJeans members are discussing with ADOR company to return to activities after losing the lawsuit over contract issues.
Financial reports of major companies under HYBE in the third quarter of 2025:
BigHit Company (managing BTS, TXT, CORTIS) achieved revenue of 322 billion won, net profit of 23 billion won.
Pledis Company ( Seventeen Management, TWS) achieved revenue of 227 billion won, net profit of 46.6 billion won.
Belift Lab Company (managing ENHYPEN, ILLIT) achieved revenue of 113.7 billion won, net profit of 28.6 billion won.
Source Music Company (managing LE SSERAFIM) achieved revenue of 54.8 billion won, net profit of 6.1 billion won.
KOZ Company (managing Zico, BoyNextDoor) achieved revenue of 48.6 billion won, net profit of 10.7 billion won.
ADOR Company (managing NewJeans) achieved revenue of 24.4 billion won, net profit of 4.5 billion won.
ADOR's number is surprising, because NewJeans has not been active for a year due to the conflict between 5 members of the group and the company over contract issues.
On the Korean online community, audiences discussed the report enthusiastically. Some opinions said that ADOR still generated profits because the company "did not spend money to invest" during the time NewJeans stopped operating.
On the contrary, a part of the audience believes that this number proves NewJeans' persistent brand strength despite being involved in litigation.
Revenue and profit may still be generated by sales of previous albums, existing advertising contracts, group-related Kpop sales, and music streaming rights.
What surprised many people even more was ADOR's net profit near Source Music, although LE SSERAFIM is actively promoting and organizing tours around the world.

After about 2 weeks since NewJeans lost the lawsuit to ADOR, in the lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract, ADOR announced on November 12 that NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein have chosen to respect the verdict and return to ADOR's management.
On the same evening, the remaining 3 members - Minji, Hanni, Danielle - also expressed their intention to return to ADOR, although this was just a unilateral statement and had not received approval from the company.
Immediately after all 5 NewJeans members announced their comeback, HYBE Group's stock price also increased. This shows the industry's expectations for NewJeans to return with a full 5-member lineup.
NewJeans has surpassed a break-even point in just one year after its debut, generating 33.5 billion won in operating profit for ADOR in 2023. After deducting expenses and taxes, the company's net profit from business operations in 2023 was 26.5 billion won.
Experts predict that NewJeans' return will generate a profit of about 7 billion won by 2026 and is likely to reach more than 30 billion won by 2027.
They believe that once NewJeans' concerts, album sales and advertising contracts are resumed, ADOR's revenue will increase rapidly.
