ENA's new drama titled "Doctor on the edge" received much attention before officially airing on June 1st thanks to the collaboration of Lee Jae Wook and Shin Ye Eun, and is also a follow-up to "The scarecrow" - a drama that just set a rating record of 7.4% for the station.
Belonging to the romantic - medical genre, the film revolves around Do Ji Eui (Lee Jae Wook) - a public health doctor moving to the remote island of Pyeondongdo (Korea) - where many people avoid, and Yook Ha Ri (Shin Ye Eun) - a nurse with many secrets.

In the new images released by the producer, the relationship between Do Ji Eui and Yook Ha Ri gradually changes. In the film, Ha Ri is the one who helps the male lead adapt to life on the island, from daily activities to exploring the "treasure" of Pyeondongdo.
Night walking scenes, talking on headphones or exploring the island together contribute to highlighting the healing atmosphere and gentle emotional vibrations of the couple.
According to Korean media, one of the most anticipated points of the film is the "chemistry" between Lee Jae Wook and Shin Ye Eun - two actors of the same age.
