According to Billboard, singer Rose (Blackpink) has signed a contract with WME (William Morris Endeavor) - one of the world's largest entertainment and artist management companies, based in Hollywood.
Rose collaborated with WME to gain global representation in all areas of her music career, as she prepares for new projects, subsequent global music releases and expanded to international solo tours.
Previously, another member of Blackpink, Lisa, also signed a contract with WME. But Lisa works with this company in the acting field, while Rose works in music.
Lisa and Rose's deal was both signed in September, taking place right after a historic year for the Blackpink members.
Lisa has released the album "Alter ego", collaborating with a series of international music artists such as Doja Cat, Raye, Rosalia, Future, Megan Thee Stallion, Tyla.
She also made her mark in the acting field when she debuted in HBO's debut film "The White Lotus 3".
The Thai star wanted to expand his acting career, so he chose to join WME.
Recently, Netflix platform announced that Lisa will star alongside Ma Dong Seok and Lee Jin Wook in a new action film called Tygo - part of the cinematic universe of Netflixs global blockbuster series Extraction.
As for Rose, after releasing her debut solo album "Rosie" in 2024, the title track "APT." featuring Bruno Mars became a global hit.
In September, "APT." won Song of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards. This is the first time a K-pop artist has achieved this achievement.

After that, APT. made history by being nominated for 3 categories at the upcoming 2026 Grammy Awards - including Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, making Rose the first Kpop artist to be nominated in the Top 4 most prestigious categories of Grammy.
In addition, APT. ended 2025 at No. 1 on both year-end global charts - Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. (except for the US). This achievement helped Rose appear on the special digital cover of Billboard magazine.
After finishing her individual contract with YG Entertainment, if Lisa established her own company LLOUD, Rose joined Teddy's Black Label company for management in June 2024.
She then signed a contract with major record label Atlantic Records (under Warner Music Group) in the US for the distribution/recording service in September.
In November, Rose continued to sign a contract with Warner Chappell Music (WCM) - a music publishing company under Warner Music Group - mainly managing the singer's copyright and music publishing issues globally.
Rose once shared in an interview with Billboard about starting her solo career: There are many things Im determined to learn. I just remember being very curious about what I wanted to do when I was alone. The female singer considered this a "good opportunity to meet new people in the industry".
