Pham Tuan Ngoc was born in 1999, from Hai Phong. He is 1.83m tall and graduated from the National Economics University with a major in English Language.

After that, he was crowned Mr. World Vietnam 2024 and won the right to compete internationally. At the Mr. World contest, he won the runner-up position.
Mr. World is one of the three major playgrounds for men owned by the Miss World Organization. The contest was first held in 1996.
