Jungkook (BTS)
BTS member Jungkook had a successful solo year when releasing his debut solo album on November 3, 2023. The album called Golden had a high sales volume - 2,633,296 copies as soon as it was released. This is also the number that helped Jungkook mark a new step forward in his solo career in the K-Pop music market.
V (BTS)
BTS's second member V also chose to release his debut solo album "Layover" in 2023. Officially released in September, V's album quickly attracted attention when it achieved significant success. With 2,243,861 copies, the album has helped V achieve outstanding results as well as affirmed his "not-so-so-so-so-so-so" name in Korean music.
Jimin (BTS)
BTS's third member Jimins mini album Face was released in March. The Army community also wholeheartedly supported Jimin's artistic activities when the album quickly sold 1,696,398 copies as well as helped his name "hotter" in the Asian music market.
Jisoo (Blackpink)
Jisoo of the famous group Blackpink also officially released her solo album ME on March 31. The album also quickly sold 1,535,581 copies, a testament to Jisoo's strong personal appeal, not just "relying on" Blackpink.
Jihyo (TWICE)
Jihyo from TWICE group introduced the mini album ZONE on August 18. This album has sold 599,735 copies and helped the female singer demonstrate her solo singing ability well, removing all doubts about her ability.
Taeyong (NCT)
NCT's Taeyong released his first solo mini album called "SHALALA" on June 5. The album has a relatively good sales rate of about 507,683 copies and holds a good position on the international iTunes chart.
Soojin
Soojin was a member of girl group (G)I-DLE who released her solo album with the EP "AGASSY" on November 8. The album has sales of 70,000 copies, marking the singer's strong return to Korean music.
