On May 21, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, in the beach area of Hoang Truong commune (Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province), households voluntarily dismantled many encroachment tents on the sand. Currently, only a few houses with freshwater baths have not been demolished.

On May 21, Mr. Le Thanh Canh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Truong commune, Hoang Hoa district said that dozens of illegal soft drink tents in the coastal area have been proactively dismantled by the people. Previously, the local government had repeatedly propagated and mobilized people to strictly implement regulations on coastal land management and use.
"It is expected that on May 22, the locality will organize a campaign to dismantle the remaining works. In case any household has not complied, the authorities will continue to mobilize and apply handling measures according to regulations" - the representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Truong commune informed.

As Lao Dong Newspaper has reported, along the beach from Hai Son village to Truong Giang village, Hoang Truong commune, dozens of spontaneous business tents have appeared on the sand. These tents are mostly located right in front of Flamingo Linh Truong Eco-tourism and Resort, divided into rooms, paved with carpets, and lined with wooden planks to serve tourists.
Many equipment and items were gathered on the sandbank to serve business activities. Even in the area near the sea embankment, some households have erected corrugated iron walls around the area to make freshwater bathing rooms for guests, causing a shabby, messy image, affecting the aesthetics and order of the tourist area.

After receiving the information, the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district issued a document directing functional departments and local authorities to carry out the clearance of violations of illegal occupation of sidewalks, sand beaches, and beaches under the Flamingo Linh Truong marine eco-tourism and resort project in Hoang Truong commune.
The District People's Committee also assigned the Hoang Truong Commune Police, based on their assigned functions and tasks, to ensure security and order during the clearance process; organize an investigation to clarify whether or not there is any illegal occupation of sidewalks and beaches to contract to households to build tents for business. The investigation results must be reported to the Provincial Police Director, Chairman of the District People's Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Truong Commune before May 30.
