The Lac Son District Boarding Secondary and High School project was approved by the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province under Decision No. 2574 dated November 27, 2024.
This is a Group B project with a total investment of 140 billion VND from the public investment capital of Hoa Binh province and funding from Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).
Among the project packages, Package XL.01: Construction of works with an estimated price of nearly 103.6 billion VND is the most valuable package.
According to Lao Dong, the project investor, the Hoa Binh Provincial Project Management Board, recently issued a decision approving the contractor selection results for the above mixed package.
According to the decision, the "Song Da - Binh Anh - Thinh Cuong - MEKONG - Cuong Thinh Construction Joint Venture" won the bid with a price of nearly 99.6 billion VND. The contract implementation period is 18 months.
This consortium includes: Song Da Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Binh Anh Company Limited, Cuong Thinh Construction and Service Company, Thinh Cuong Construction and Trading Company Limited and Mekong Joint Stock Company.
According to the project documents, the project will be constructed in Xuat Hoa commune, Lac Son district, Hoa Binh province. The construction scale includes:
Build a 2-storey headquarters with a floor area of about 918m2; a 2-storey classroom, a floor area of about 1,087m2; a 2-storey subject classroom - library, a floor area of about 1,455.3m2;
Build a multi-purpose house with a floor area of about 875.5m2; 2 3-storey dormitories, the total floor area of each house is about 1,587.6m2; 1 2-storey kitchen, the total floor area is about 564.5m2; 1 1-storey teacher's house, the floor area is about 245.7m2.
The auxiliary items include: plans, stone embankments, gates, fences, standing houses, toilets, teacher parking lots, student parking lots, bridge corridors connecting blocks of houses, schoolyards, internal roads, stages, sports fields, construction name plates, transformer stations, power supply infrastructure, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, trees, landscape... designed according to current standards/standards.
Regarding equipment, the project will purchase cabinets, tables, chairs, air conditioners, transformer stations, electrical equipment, fire prevention and fighting equipment and some other equipment.
