Student N.H. N (Ca Mau) is a child of a war invalid, in 2013 studied intermediate medical doctor at a medical college and was exempted from tuition fees. In 2023, he studied continuing medical doctor college, course 2023-2025 at a private college, so is student Nam also exempt from tuition fees?
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training said:
Clause 2, Article 15 of Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 of the Government on tuition policies, tuition fee exemption, reduction, support, learning cost support and service prices in the field of education and training has stipulated that the subjects eligible for tuition fee exemption are those specified in the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution if they are studying at educational institutions under the national education system.
The Ministry of Education and Training also requested student N.H. N to prepare documents and implement the application process for tuition fee exemption according to the guidance in Section 2, Chapter IV of Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025 to enjoy the state's preferential policies.
