Ms. Mai asked, have you had enough time of 9 years holding the rank to switch to a new II rank yet?
The Ministry of Education and Training answers this question as follows:
The time is calculated as the time of holding the professional title of Secondary Teacher of Grade III (code number V.07.04.32) according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 13 of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BGDDT, including:
a) Term of holding the professional title of Secondary School Teacher rank III (code number V.07.04.32);
b) The time the teacher holds the professional title of Secondary School Teacher rank III (code number V.07.04.12);
c) The time teachers hold the rank of Secondary School Teacher (code number 15a.202);
d) Other time is determined by competent authorities to be equivalent to the ranks and grades specified in points a, b, and c of this clause when teachers are transferred to the professional title of secondary school teacher;
e) Working time in accordance with the law, with compulsory social insurance contributions meeting the Government's regulations in point d, clause 1, Article 32 of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP, which has been amended and supplemented in clause 16, Article 1 of Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP".
Thus, the entire working time of Ms. Nguyen Hao Mai at the secondary school after recruitment (excluding probation period) is included in the time holding the professional title of Secondary Teacher of Grade III (code number V.07.04.32).
