According to the Decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, Mr. Bui Nhan Sam (born in 1971), member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, was accepted to work at the Department of Education and Training from November 14, appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.
Previously, on November 12, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee issued a decision on the transfer and assignment of personnel work to Mr. Bui Nhan Sam.
Mr. Bui Nhan Sam (born in 1971, hometown Dong Loc commune, Ha Tinh province) has a professional qualification of Master of Political Science.
Mr. Sam started out as a teacher, and later held many positions such as Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, Secretary of the Huong Son District Party Committee (old), Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
Previously, on October 29, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province was elected by the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee.
