Transfer and appoint Mr. Do Van Manh, Director of the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction of Agricultural and Rural Development Projects, to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil, Industrial and Urban Development Projects.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van The, Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board for the Province's Civil, Industrial and Urban Development Investment Project Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Tang Van Thanh, Director of the Provincial ODA Project Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Urban Development and Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Dinh Dai Thanh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Agricultural and Rural Development Investment Project Management Board; at the same time, assign responsibility and management until the position of Director is completed.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Cong Doan, Deputy Director of the Provincial Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil, Industrial and Urban Development Projects, to continue to hold the position of Deputy Director.
