Previously, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoai Anh signed a decision to receive and appoint Mr. Do Duc Que - Deputy Director of the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education and Training - to hold the position of Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Education and Training, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Mr. Do Duc Que - the new Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province (born in 1981, from Phu Tho province) - is a Doctor of Biology. Before being appointed, he worked for many years at Ha Hoa High School, Thach Kiet High School and the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province.
After that, he was transferred to the Ministry of Education and Training, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Secondary Education. In March 2025, he was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education and Training.
