The city has started construction of all 6 projects with a total investment of over 1,500 billion VND. The new schools are designed synchronously according to modern standards, including full classrooms, dormitories for students, official residences for teachers, and auxiliary items such as libraries, dining halls and sports courts.
Although the projects have started construction simultaneously, these 6 projects still face many major challenges. Except for Tay Giang commune, which already has a clean land fund, the remaining 5 communes are still facing obstacles due to complex terrain and sparse population. Land clearance in hilly border areas is often longer than expected, directly putting pressure on the progress of contractors.
In addition, poor transport infrastructure also makes the gathering of construction materials difficult.
Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City, affirmed that she will closely coordinate with departments, branches and localities to thoroughly handle administrative procedures. Construction units must strictly comply with technical procedures and ensure labor safety in dangerous terrain conditions.
Regarding the next roadmap, the education sector is committed to urging units to accelerate progress, determined to complete and accept projects before August 30.
