Method 1: Direct admission according to the admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Method 2: Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Method 3: Admission for high school graduates at high schools with specialized and gifted classes nationwide.
Method 4: Admission based on the results of the 2025 competency assessment exam at Ho Chi Minh City National University.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture notes that for method 3, the condition is that candidates must graduate from high school in the regular form in 2025.
For the remaining admission methods, the prerequisite is that the candidate is a high school graduate or equivalent.
Except for majors admitted according to groups A, C, D (3 majors in construction engineering, infrastructure engineering, construction management), the remaining majors are admitted according to the above admission methods combined with the results of additional exams for skills organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture in 2025.
Candidates graduating from high school in 2025 who win the excellent student award from the provincial/urban government level or higher will receive priority points.
In particular, urban design (advanced curriculum, English teaching, corresponding tuition fees) requires input English proficiency.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture added that this year the school will only organize 1 round of talent exams, scheduled for June 7 and 8 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Registering for the exam online is expected from April 7 to May 4 (time can be adjusted according to actual situation).
