On July 9, the University of Law, Hue University, announced that it had just announced the recruitment of a team of lecturers and high-quality scientists with many preferential policies. In which, the highest attraction support level is up to 500 million VND/person.
According to the announcement, the recruited subjects include professors, associate professors, doctors or research students who have defended grassroots-level doctoral dissertations that meet the requirements and have expertise suitable for the school's job position.
For the Law major, professors are supported with 500 million VND/person, associate professors are supported with 400 million VND, and doctors are supported with 200 million VND, with the condition of committing to work for at least 5 years.
The school also applies a policy of attracting 100 million VND/person for PhDs in priority fields such as English Language, Philosophy, Economics, Political Science, Business and Management, and Environmental Science. Candidates are prioritized if they have international scientific publications and teaching ability in English.
For research students who have defended doctoral dissertations at the grassroots level that meet the requirements of the Law major, the school supports 100 million VND for one semester of tuition fees, after completing the doctoral training program and committing to work for a minimum of 5 years.
In addition to salaries, insurance and regimes according to State regulations, lecturers also enjoy additional income and allowances according to the school's financial regulations. For candidates who do not reside permanently in Hue City, the University of Law supports 3 million VND/month in the first 12 months to rent official residence.
The school also creates conditions for lecturers to preside over and participate in scientific and technological tasks; be rewarded for international publications; participate in teaching university and postgraduate programs and be supported in training and fostering to improve professional qualifications.
