The above regulation was once understood as that all schools must convert admission scores to a single scale for the whole school or for each major. However, in reality, the Ministry only requires conversion of the equivalent admission score.
From 12:30 today, universities will announce the university admission scores for 2025. The admission score is still announced according to each admission method.
For example, at Ha Long University, the admission score based on high school graduation exam scores ranges from 15.5 - 27.32. The highest is the Literature Pedagogy major.
According to the Hanoi National University of Education's competency assessment test scores, the admission scores range from 20 - 25.5 (applicable to some majors).
Similarly, the school also announced the benchmark scores according to the remaining methods such as considering high school graduation exam scores combined with excellent students at the provincial level; considering high school graduation exam scores combined with foreign language certificates, etc.



At the Civil Aviation Academy of Vietnam, the lowest benchmark for high school graduation exams is 18 points, the highest is up to 27 points.
The flight operations management major (English program) continues to be one of the majors with the highest benchmark score when taking 27 points, an increase of 1 point compared to the previous year.
At FPT University, the school's regular university admission scores in 2025 based on the results of the 2025 high school exam according to a flexible combination of 18.5 and 17 for generation 1.
Accordingly, candidates taking the 2025 high school graduation exam with a total score of Math + 2 subjects + priority points according to regulations must achieve 18.5 points (or 17 points for first-generation candidates - the first person in a family with parents or sponsors and all siblings studying at university).
This score is applied to all training majors and facilities of FPT University nationwide in the 2025 enrollment period. In addition to admission according to the method of Considering high school entrance exam results and direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates can also register for FPTU according to the method of considering academic records, considering the competency assessment test scores of Hanoi National University or Ho Chi Minh City National University, and other methods.
