Method 6: Direct admission.
With method 1, the admission floor score (assured for input quality) ranges from 16 - 18 points, down from 2024 (in 2024, the school's admission floor score ranges from 19 - 22 points). Specifically:
- Nursing major: 17 points;
- Economic Law major: 18 points (for groups with only Math or Literature, Math or Literature score is 6 points or more; for groups with both Math and Literature, the total score of the two subjects is 12 points or more)
- Other majors: 16 points.
The above scores include the 2025 high school graduation exam scores according to the admission combination, priority points for subjects and areas (for majors with a combination of subjects calculated as coefficient 1).
For majors with a combination of Math or English as a coefficient of 2, other majors as a coefficient of 1, the scale is based on a 30-point scale according to the formula: (subject 1 + subject 2 + Math/English score * 2) * 3/4 + priority points.
With method 2 (admission combined with the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam with an international language certificate), in addition to the minimum conditions for an international language certificate, candidates need to meet the conditions for the total admission score as Method 1.
With method 3, candidates must achieve 75 HSA exam scores; 50 TSA exam scores and 15 SPT scores or more.
Ms. Pham Thi Kim Thu - Deputy Head of Training Department, Thang Long University said that this year, the school will add many new admission combinations focusing on foreign language majors, economics - management, information technology, adding direct admission methods, admission and capacity assessment. This helps candidates increase their chances of being admitted to the school.
Notably, the school also added new foreign language certificates such as HSK, HSKK (Chinese), JLPT (Japanese), TOPIK (Korean).
In addition, the Admissions Council of Thang Long University is considering to be able to lower the admission benchmark for 2025 to suit the general situation, ensuring the candidates' chances of being admitted to desired majors.
