Mr. Le Van Luong - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued Decision No. 3001 on supplementing the budget estimate for 2025 for agencies and units implementing payment of regimes and policies for additional teachers.
According to the decision, 29.947 billion VND will be added to agencies and units, from the central source, supplemented with objectives in Decision No. 1689/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2024 of the Prime Minister.
Specifically, the total number of newly recruited staff in 2025 entitled to benefits from funding sources is 239 people.
The allocation of funds is divided into two main blocks. In the provincial block, the Department of Education and Training is supplemented with 2.255 billion VND to pay for 32 new recruitment staff.
In the commune and ward blocks, the supplementary budget is 27.692 billion VND for 207 staff.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Finance to balance from the above funding source and allocate additional funds to units for implementation.
At the same time, heads of beneficiary agencies and units are responsible for managing, using and finalizing funding sources in accordance with spending goals and tasks and complying with the correct procedures and rules prescribed by law.
