Accordingly, the estimated budget for equipment procurement is more than 9.8 billion VND from the education sector's capital in the revenue estimate, only for the local budget in 2025.
The provincial Department of Education and Training is the agency assigned to organize the procurement. All purchases are expected to be completed in 2025.
This investment focuses on synchronously improving facilities in schools.
Classroom equipment includes: more than 1,260 sets of desks and nearly 2,500 chairs for students, 145 sets of teacher desks and chairs...
Equipment for boarding and semi-boarding students: 325 2-bed beds, 265 8-compartment personal items cabinets, hundreds of sets of stainless steel dining tables and chairs and 12 industrial water purifiers.
In addition, 6 sound systems are invested to serve collective activities, 13 12-tray industrial rice cabinets, food cars, etc.
Also according to this decision, the value of the approved budget estimate is the maximum value for the Department of Education and Training to implement the procurement of classroom equipment, boarding equipment, and shared equipment for school units in the province.
"The payment and settlement of expenses must comply with current State regulations, but must not exceed the total estimate approved by the Provincial People's Committee" - the decision clearly stated.
