Do not let arrangement affect learning
Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang said that, in the immediate future, the province basically maintains the current school sites to ensure teaching and learning, especially in difficult areas. In the long term, it is necessary to continue to review and calculate plans to arrange suitable satellite school sites, in order to focus investment resources, improve the quality of education, facilities and learning conditions of students.
For accounting staff, each school is assigned 1 accountant. Other job positions are considered and assigned based on actual needs and current regulations, ensuring the operation of schools after arrangement.
For surplus cases, the Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee requests agencies, units, and localities to review and fully and promptly resolve regimes and policies according to Decree No. 154, completing them no later than September 2026.
Localities continue to review, adjust, and coordinate teachers between schools in accordance with the scale of students, classes and job positions. At the same time, proactively identify needs and supplement contract teachers to serve the 2026-2027 school year, not allowing teacher shortages to affect teaching activities.
