Expected 17 university admission methods in 2025
The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has announced the Draft guidelines for university and college admissions in 2025. The draft clearly states a list of 17 admission methods, including: Considering the results of the high school graduation exam; considering the results of high school studies (aksendants); direct admission according to the provisions of the admission regulations (Article 8); capacity assessment test, thinking assessment organized by the Investigation Police for admission; using the results of the competency assessment test, thinking assessment... organized by another unit for admission;...
The Ministry of Education and Training acknowledges that schools using too many admission methods can interfere with information for candidates. In reality, there are many methods that do not exist or very few candidates register, so they are ineffective.
Faced with this reality, the Ministry of Education and Training recommends that schools should consider eliminating ineffective admission methods, and at the same time, there should be an admission plan to ensure fairness between admission methods such as not classifying quotas according to admission methods, admission combinations; and equivalent admission scores. The Ministry of Education and Training guides how to calculate seniority allowances for teachers
According to many teachers, monthly seniority allowances are an additional income, helping teachers cover their living expenses. More importantly, this is also a form of recognition and gratitude for the great contributions of teachers in the education cause. Future generations of teachers will also have more motivation to strive to stay in the profession for longer.

However, at the unit of teacher V.L, there are currently 2 ways of calculating, the subjects are entitled to 100% and the subjects are teachers who teach directly. The Ministry of Education and Training responded to this issue on the Government Electronic Information Portal as follows:
The preferential allowance regime for teachers is being implemented according to the provisions of Decision No. 244/2005/QD-TTg dated October 6, 2005 of the Prime Minister, guided in Joint Circular No. 01/2006/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV-BTC dated January 23, 2005.
Accordingly, the preferential allowance level is = basic salary x [ salary coefficient according to current salary scale and grade + leadership position allowance coefficient (if any) + % (according to coefficient) seniority allowance beyond the framework (if any) ] x percentage of preferential allowance.
