Agree to reduce the retirement age for preschool teachers
The draft Law on Teacher on the morning of 6.5, the 9th session, the XV National Assembly did not stipulate an increase in a starting salary for newly recruited teachers, but assigned the Government to detail. The draft does not contradict the Housing Law, but still maintains the regulation that teachers are subject to public housing rental. In case the locality cannot arrange public housing, teachers will be supported with house rent corresponding to the rental price of public housing.
At the same time, the draft agreed to reduce the retirement age for preschool teachers due to the specific nature of their work. Proposal to ban teachers from posting negative information about schools on social networks
Contributing opinions to the Draft Law on Teachers, Delegate Tran Van Tien - National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Phuc province proposed to add more provisions to Clause 2, Article 11 on what teachers are not allowed to do.
Accordingly, delegate Tran Van Tien (Vinh Phuc) proposed to add a provision prohibiting teachers from posting negative information and images about students, parents, schools or the education sector on social networks and the media without a license. He emphasized the need to build a relationship of absolute respect between teachers - parents - students.
Clause 3, Article 11 of the draft law stipulates the prohibition of posting information without official or incorrect conclusions about teachers, and strictly prohibit the failure to fully implement the regimes and policies as prescribed.
