Proposal to severely punish the act of teaching preschool children before the 1st grade program
The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) is seeking comments on the draft Decree regulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of education.
Article 10 of the Draft proposes penalties for violations of regulations on the implementation of preschool education programs, specifically as follows:
A fine of 10 - 20 million VND for one of the following acts:
Failure or incomplete implementation of the Preschool Education Program as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training;
Using materials, learning materials, and educational programs that have not been permitted by competent authorities or have content that is not consistent with the goals and requirements of the preschool education program;
Organizing care, nurturing, and education for children does not ensure preschool education goals according to the provisions of law.
Organize for children to study the 1st grade program in advance or teach knowledge beyond the requirements of the preschool education program. See more...

Time when universities announce the minimum admission scores for 2026
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, after having the high school graduation exam scores, from July 1 and before 5 pm on July 10, universities will announce the input quality assurance threshold (floor score). For teacher training majors, health and law fields, the floor score will be announced on July 8.
