Reasons why teachers are not allowed to teach regular students
Teachers are excited to receive rewards according to Decree 73
On February 25, the Hanoi People's Council passed a resolution to support nearly 255 billion VND to implement the bonus regime according to Decree 73 for more than 380 public schools piloting autonomy or piloting service orders. The bonus is equivalent to 10% of the total salary fund for the 2024-2025 school year, helping teachers have more motivation in their work.
Many teachers expressed their excitement when receiving a bonus of 4-7 million VND, higher than before. This is the first time the school's teachers have received a significant bonus, giving them more motivation to contribute. Schools are planning to pay according to internal regulations, based on teacher assessment and classification.
Decree 73 takes effect from July 1, 2024, so the 2024 bonus fund is only calculated in the last 6 months of the year, but will double in 2025. The compensation of bonuses helps ensure the rights of teachers, especially for autonomous pilot public schools, while demonstrating the city's concern for the teaching staff. See more...
