Previously, at about 8:30 am on September 19, part of the hill collapsed with a length of about 80m, completely burying the road surface, causing 100 people to be isolated, including about 20 students.
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Ha Trung Kien - Chairman of Tan Hop Commune People's Committee said that the estimated volume of soil and rock from 5,000-6,000m3 spilled down, completely buried the road surface, causing many difficulties for remedial construction.
Today (September 24), forces mobilized more machinery, trying to temporarily clear the road so that motorbikes can pass through.
According to the leader of Tan Hop commune, in the residential area inside the landslide area, people are still living normally, ensuring food needs and full other essential needs and having electricity.
