On July 14, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3781/QD-UBND on the establishment of Phuc Thinh High School under the Department of Education and Training.
According to the Decision, Phuc Thinh High School was established in Phuc Thinh Commune, is a public general education institution in the national education system and belongs to the network of high schools in Hanoi city. The school has legal status, has its own seal, and is allowed to open an account at the State Treasury and commercial banks according to current regulations.
The school organizes and operates according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high schools; is under the direct direction and management of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and relevant authorities of the City.
Regarding staffing, the school is assigned a career staffing according to Circular No. 20/2023 of the Ministry of Education and Training, within the general career staffing of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. In the 2025-2026 school year, the school will be allocated 42 civil servant positions and 5 contract labor targets according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP to carry out protection and service tasks.
On the same day, the City People's Committee also issued Decision No. 3782/QD-UBND on the establishment of Do Muoi High School, under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
According to the decision, Do Muoi High School is located in Yen So ward, Hanoi City. This is a public general education institution, part of the national education system and part of the network of high schools in the city.
The school has legal status, is allowed to use its own seal and open an account at the State Treasury and commercial banks according to regulations. The organization and operation of the school complies with current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high schools; at the same time, it is under the direct and comprehensive direction and management of the Department of Education and Training and related agencies of the City.
The school's career staff is determined in the general career staff of the Department of Education and Training, based on Circular No. 20/2023/TT-BGDDT. The allocation of staff will be carried out annually according to actual needs.
In the 2025-2026 school year alone, the Department of Education and Training will arrange 35 civil servant positions and 5 contract labor targets according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP to carry out protection and service work, ensuring that it meets the needs of organizing educational and training activities of the school.
