On July 14, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3763/QD-UBND on the establishment of an interdisciplinary working group to advise the City People's Committee to deploy the contents and tasks related to converting green means of transport and developing infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations in the capital.
According to the decision, the Interdisciplinary Working Group is headed by Mr. Dao Viet Long - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction. The two deputy teams include: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and Mr. Nguyen Anh Quan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The working group also had the participation of 6 members who are leaders of key departments and branches including: Major General Nguyen Hong Ky - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Sang - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Ms. Nguyen To Quyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Tran Quang Tuyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Architecture; Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director of Hanoi Electricity Corporation.
The working group also has the coordination of representatives of the People's Committees of communes, wards and the working group consisting of 19 members from related departments and branches.
The working group will play a consulting role to help the City People's Committee organize the implementation of key tasks including: promoting the conversion of green means of transport and developing an electric vehicle charging station system; at the same time, reviewing and proposing to add new arising tasks in accordance with reality. The working group will operate under a part-time regime, and the entire working group will dissolve themselves upon completion of assigned tasks.
According to the decision, the Department of Construction is assigned to be the standing agency of the Working Group, responsible for mobilizing human resources, equipment and funding from the City budget to serve the activities of the Working Group; at the same time, chairing meetings, synthesizing opinions from member units and using the Department's seal to carry out tasks.
