Initial information, the incident occurred at around 8:30 p.m. the same day at a house at the corner of Quan Nam - Dang Ma La intersection in Le Chan ward. The 2011-born baby boy was discovered by the family to have died in the area in front of the house.
Immediately after receiving the information, Le Chan Ward Police arrived at the scene to grasp the incident as well as verify the cause.
At the scene, many people were present to watch the incident. According to people living near this area, the child died after falling from a high floor of the house.
