On August 14, the People's Committee of Vinh Hung Ward (Hanoi) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Thanh Tri Kindergarten Construction Project.
According to Mr. Pham Hai Binh, Chairman of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee, Thanh Tri Kindergarten is in use with an area of about 2,841.7 m2; located in the planning block marked F3/NT2 built on the first floor before 2000.
By 2011, the 2nd floor (roofed with corrugated iron roofs, plaster ceilings) was renovated and upgraded with 13 classrooms, offices, functions... Through renovations and repairs, the facilities for learning and teaching have been basically fixed.
However, up to now, many items have degraded, not meeting the standards of National standard schools and Circular No. 13/2020/TT-BGDDT dated May 26, 2020 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The project was approved in principle in December 2020. By May 13, 2025, the Hoang Mai District Investment and Construction Project Management Board (old) will complete the approval of the construction drawing design - project estimate; on June 16, 2025, the selection of construction and construction contractors will be completed.
Mr. Pham Hai Binh said that the project is built on plot F3/NT2 with a scale of building a new block of 1 - 4 floors high with about 12 classrooms and functional rooms suitable for the purpose of use of the project, ensuring conditions according to National standard on the plot of land with an area of about 2,835 m2; construction density of 40%.
Construct auxiliary works, including: Fence gates, internal road yards, trees, parking lots, pumping stations, power stations, fire protection systems, security houses; purchase equipment to meet needs and other auxiliary items.
The project has a total investment of about 73.5 billion VND.
The project implementation period is 350 days. According to the contract, the project will be completed, handed over and put into use by July 30, 2026, however, the Vinh Hung Ward Infrastructure - Investment Project Management Board and the construction unit strive to complete it about 30 days earlier (June 10, 2025).
During the construction process, the leaders of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee requested the construction units, design consultants, supervision consultants and community investment supervision teams of Vinh Hung Ward to closely coordinate, proactively plan and construction measures for each construction work, as well as for each construction phase until the completion of the project, so that the project can ensure technical, quality, safety and on schedule as approved.
Especially for the construction unit, it is necessary to comply with current regulations and be responsible to the investor for environmental sanitation, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting and security and order at the construction site.
