With a large amount of knowledge, especially the three compulsory subjects of Math, Literature, and English, many students are studying hard from morning to night. Not only studying in class, students also review, do review questions and study in groups to consolidate their knowledge.
Minh Hoang, a 9th grade student at a secondary school in Tu Ky district (Hai Duong province), shared: "I study from morning to night, study in the morning at school, study extra in the afternoon, study home at night. There are days when I work until 12 midnight, but I have to try hard because this exam is very important".
Similarly, Thanh Hang, a student at Le Quy Don Secondary School (Hai Duong City) said: "Studying in groups makes it easier for me to talk to friends, find a way to solve problems faster and remember lessons for longer. If I study alone, I can easily lose focus and not know where to start."

In addition, many students feel stressed when the admission score to public high schools is getting higher and higher. Nhat Minh, a student studying for the entrance exam to Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted, confided: "I set a goal of going to a Math class, but the pressure was huge because my starting point last year was quite high. I have to increase the time to prepare for the exam, do difficult tasks again so as not to be confused when entering the exam room".
Teacher Tran Thi Nga - a teacher at a secondary school in Kinh Mon town (Hai Duong province), commented: "Students are often worried about taking the exam to get a high score. I always advise students to study according to the system, grasp the ideas for each type of test, practice reasoning and presentation skills clearly.
In my opinion, instead of panicking, students should focus on what they can control, such as knowledge recovery, taking the test according to the correct exam time, and paying attention to their health. A good spirit will help them do their homework more effectively".
