On March 30, a representative of the People's Committee of Thanh Tung commune (Thanh Mien district, Hai Duong province) said that a traffic accident had just occurred in the commune, killing 2 people.
Previously, at around 9:00 p.m. on March 29, Vu Dinh T (born in 2006) in La Xa village drove a motorbike without a license plate carrying 2 people, including: Nguyen Ba Duy A (born in 2008) and Thanh Tung commune and Tran Van L (born in 2007) in Doan Tung commune (Thanh Mien district).
When reaching km 11, Provincial Road 392 in La Xa village, Thanh Tung commune, it collided with a motorbike 34F1- 023.72 driven by Vu Khanh C (born in 2010) traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong collision caused 4 young men to be thrown far away, both vehicles were damaged. Of which, Vu Dinh T died at the scene. Vu Khanh C died at Thanh Mien District Medical Center (Hai Duong province).
Nguyen Ba Duy A and Tran Van L were seriously injured.
According to the camera of a household near the scene, before the collision, a motorbike driven by Vu Dinh T was traveling at high speed, leading to loss of control and encroachment on the lane of vehicles traveling in the opposite direction.
A representative of the People's Committee of Thanh Tung commune (Thanh Mien district, Hai Duong province) said that the two deceased victims all lived in the locality. T has just been postponed from military service due to a serious illness. As for C, who is in high school, he is not old enough to ride a motorbike.
