The People's Security Academy has just announced enrollment for university level training in English Language for people who have a university degree or higher in the academic year 2026 - 2027.
The enrollment quota is 50, the training time is 2 years.
Candidates: Cadres with a university degree at the People's Police High School; Police officers, students of the People's Police High School who are approved by competent authorities of the Ministry of Public Security to be sent for training and have a university degree or higher at domestic and foreign training institutions; Cadres with a university degree or higher before being recruited into the People's Police High School.
Conditions for admission: Candidates who, in addition to ensuring the conditions according to the provisions of law and the Ministry of Education and Training, must meet the following conditions:
By the year of application, they are no more than 45 years old.
Classifying cadres who achieve the level of "Good completion of tasks" or higher in the year immediately preceding the year of application (except in cases where cadres are newly selected into the People's Public Security Forces or non-commissioned officers have expired their military service in the People's Public Security Forces, and have a decision to switch to professional service in the year of application).
The enrollment method is admission based on selection.
The Academy prioritizes admission according to the following specific criteria:
Police officers with a foreign university degree (belonging to the category of students of People's Police schools sent to study abroad).
Police officers with university degrees in non-specialized fields (belonging to the category of students of People's Police schools sent to study non-specialized fields).
Police officers are leaders and commanders from the team level and equivalent upwards.
Police officers with university degrees at People's Police schools.
Police officers with excellent university degrees or higher.
Police officers with university degrees.
In case of considering all the above criteria but still exceeding the target, the Academy will report to the Ministry of Public Security for decision.
Application documents (according to the Ministry of Public Security's form - issued by X02) include: Exam registration form (according to the form); Curriculum vitae (according to the form); Official decision to be recruited into the People's Police (authenticated); Decision/Official letter to appoint officials to register for recruitment (signed by leaders of the Department-level Police, Provincial-level Police); Document confirming the type of official who achieved the "Good completion of tasks" or higher in the year immediately preceding the year of recruitment;
Copies (verified) of diplomas, high school transcripts or equivalents. For candidates with high school transcripts and diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, there must be a document recognizing the diploma from the Department of Education & Training;
Copies (verified) of the university degree diploma (with diploma appendix/scoring sheet attached). For candidates with a university degree issued by a foreign educational institution, there must be a document recognizing the diploma from the Department of Quality Management - Ministry of Education and Training. In case of exemption from recognition according to Circular 13/2021/TT-BGDĐT, candidates must have appropriate evidence according to Article 5 of this Circular;
Decision/Official Dispatch/prove that the unit agrees to send them to study at the time of undergraduate training outside the People's Public Security sector (for officials with university degrees after entering the People's Public Security sector) (certified). Certified copy from the original birth certificate...
Police units and localities submit the list of officers and soldiers registering for the exam and the exam registration dossiers of officers and soldiers (arranged according to the list) to the Academy.
