On the evening of August 23, information from Do Son ward, due to the impact of storm No. 4, heavy rain caused the water level at Dam Vuong Park to rise, many goldfish in the lake followed the water to overflow into the walkway area, along the bank. This is the number of fish released by people and functional units to care for and protect, contributing to creating the landscape and ecological environment of Dam Vuong Park.
Do Son Ward announces that people should not take advantage of the rising water and overflowing fish to catch or bring fish back; and at the same time, do not gather in flooded areas to ensure safety.
Also according to information from Do Son ward, prolonged heavy rain from August 21 also caused localized flooding on some roads and areas such as Ly Thanh Tong street, bus station area, Cau Vong market... causing traffic obstruction and potential risk of water overflowing into people's houses, causing property damage.
According to forecasts, rain will continue to last, causing difficulties for drainage. Do Son Ward People's Committee recommends that people limit going out when not really necessary, especially in flooded areas. People proactively raise their property, belongings, and equipment; implement appropriate measures to prevent water from overflowing into houses, limit property damage. At the same time, do not intentionally move through deep flooded areas, proactively choose safe routes, ensuring safety for themselves and their families.

When abnormal situations arise or need support, people proactively inform the ward's functional forces to receive timely support. Do Son ward's functional forces continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to urgently implement measures to regulate, open culverts, clear flows, drain water, and minimize damage caused by flooding.
