
With the theme " Say no to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, new addictive substances", the forum aims to raise awareness, equip knowledge and skills to prevent the risks from cigarettes, e-cigarettes and new addictive substances in schools.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Le Minh Toan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper said that the 3rd "What I Want to Say" Forum is a space for students to speak up, express their views, propose initiatives and join hands to build a healthy, safe, smoke-free school environment.
This is also an opportunity for all levels and sectors to listen and take action to prevent early risks affecting the health and comprehensive development of children.
At the program, through the seminar, more than 1,000 students in Nghe An province were consulted by psychologists, doctors, and police, providing information to identify new-generation addictive substances, the harmful effects of e-cigarettes, and solutions to build a smoke-free school environment.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Van Lam - Deputy Director of the Department of Students - Ministry of Education and Training informed about the current situation of increasing the rate of students using electronic cigarette products and heated tobacco products, and at the same time proposed solutions to prevent and combat the harmful effects of new tobacco products among students.
The Deputy Director of the Student Department also acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and Tien Tien Newspaper in organizing the forum.
This is a profound and spreading approach, because instead of one-sided propaganda, the program has aroused the voices of students themselves, helping them boldly express their views, express their initiative and responsibility in protecting themselves and the community from the harmful effects of tobacco.
